Elizabeth Morrison, MD is the new incoming Ultrasound Director at Mercy Health St Rita’s Medical Center. She completed her resuscitation and ultrasound fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2025, and was one of our inaugural EM residency graduates in 2023.
James Chan, MD PhD RDMS, has served as the assistant program director at St. Rita’s EM Residency since 2019. He has fervor and research interests in all things ultrasound.
David Toro, MD, FACEP, FAWM, FAAEM has served as Program Director of St. Rita’s EM Residency since 2019.
